Jamie’s culinary story begins at the age of 13, washing dishes after family gatherings and he soon realized that if you are willing to learn and be flexible – developing new flavors and creating a meal that brings happiness to everyone at the table is the key to happiness.

Fast forward, nearly 35 years later and Jamie has brought that same mindset to Signature Events. It’s our hope that we can help you and your guests gather around and enjoy good food – because to share a meal, is to share happiness.
